Terms of Service.
These terms cover your use of florin.inc and the text messages you receive from Glaris Inc. dba Florin (“Florin,” “we,” “us”), a licensed insurance agency that helps businesses find and buy commercial insurance.
Using florin.inc
- Information on this site is general and is not advice about your specific coverage needs.
- Sending us a request does not bind coverage, authorize a purchase or guarantee a quote. Coverage starts only when an insurance company confirms it in writing.
- Please give accurate information, and only submit information for a business you are authorized to represent.
SMS Terms
Florin quote updates. When you agree to receive texts from Florin, for example by checking the text consent box on our quote form on Facebook or Instagram, we text you about the insurance quote you asked for: the link to finish your quote, questions we need answered to complete it, your quote results, and follow-ups about your request and coverage.
- Message frequency varies with your request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You may receive one message confirming that you have opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or email alex@florin.inc.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, and how people opt in to our texts.
